Mini Online Training Session Booking Terms

We want your booking with us to run as smoothly as possible. In order to provide a great level of service to all of our clients and delegates, we have some terms and conditions that you will need to agree to when booking. These terms and conditions offer a level of protection to both you and our business.

How to Book

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them, therefore entering into a contract.

Bookings for online mini training sessions should be made via our live booking system.

Once this form is received and processed and you receive a booking email from us, your booking in then classed as a confirmed booking and the terms and conditions below apply. By completing this form you are entering into a contract with us.

Methods of Payment

Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking via credit/debit card.


All payments quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, which is applicable at the standard rate. A VAT invoice will be issued on successful completion of your booking.


Mini online training sessions are non-canellable and non-refundable. If you can’t make the session then a recording of the course you booked will be available for download afterward

Distribution of Material

Recordings are taken of all online mini training sessions and are available to view afterwards. These sessions should not be distibuted or shared with others.
