This article describes how to connect to your online meeting as a coach or a trainer via your PC.
Connecting to the Conference System
In your booking confirmation email, you will have received a link to use to connect to the meeting. Just a few moments before the time of your meeting you should click on this link.
You will probably get a prompt asking if we can use your microphone and camera. Please click allow on these prompts.
You will see a prompt to let you know that the conference hasn’t yet started. Click the I am the host button and use your conference system login details to log in to the system and start the meeting.
Once connected you should see your client in the window. If they are not there, you should see a holding image until they arrive.
Note: Only trainers and coaches have login details. Clients do not need login details for the session.
Disconnecting from the Meeting
Once your meeting has completed, click the red hangup button.
It’s worth clicking the link to your meeting in advance, just to see if there are any initial issues.
If you can’t see your own image in the small box in the screen, click the camera icon and the bottom of the conference screen then click it again. It should be solid white. The same for the microphone if there are any issues with this too.
