Let’s take a closer look at aggressive and how to identify it.

Aggressive behaviour is:

  • Communicating your feelings, opinions and needs but in a way that threatens, dismisses or controls other people
  • You feel as though you have to prove things and push a point
  • Instead of being honest, aggressive communication often includes being rude, sarcastic and blaming
  • A one-way process, you set out to win
