Let’s take a closer look at aggressive and how to identify it.
Aggressive behaviour is:
- Communicating your feelings, opinions and needs but in a way that threatens, dismisses or controls other people
- You feel as though you have to prove things and push a point
- Instead of being honest, aggressive communication often includes being rude, sarcastic and blaming
- A one-way process, you set out to win
